CUSTOM BASEBALL CARDS.

A custom baseball card is a real trading card built from your player's own photos: their face, their uniform and their season, on the front and the back. Below is all of it, from the photos that work to the stats that fit and when to order. The card itself is on our custom baseball card page, and the photo guide shows which photos to pull from your phone first.
WHAT'S ON THE FRONT AND THE BACK.
The front. Their name and number, the jersey and cap copied from your photos, the diamond behind them in the finish you pick.
The back. Position, team, season and up to three stat chips (batting average, ERA, RBIs, home runs), the registered card ID and the QR code.
The card shows what the jersey shows: baseball jerseys carry the number on the back and usually on the chest, and both are copied from your photos. The kit is copied exactly as it is, cap and crest included, and nothing on it is invented. We never reproduce league or governing-body marks (NFL, FIFA, NCAA, Olympic). Your school or club's own crest — yes, exactly as you send it.

The art comes in one of six finishes: Stadium Night, Chrome All-Star, Fire & Smoke, Heritage, Signature Spotlight and Prism Rush. A senior can have the gold Senior Night edition instead, and the same artwork also comes as a poster for the wall.

PHOTOS: THE CAP AND THE HELMET.
Baseball photos have two traps of their own, the cap and the batting helmet, and both hide the eyes. Four things to look for before you send anything:
- A cap at noon puts a shadow across the eyes; send one photo with the cap pushed back or taken in open shade.
- A batting helmet hides the face the same way a cap does: the helmet goes on the action frame, not the close-up.
- Sunglasses off for the close-up, even if they are worn in every game.
- The team photo day picture is the best kit reference: full uniform, flat light, nothing cropped.
Beyond those, the list is the same as for any sport, and the photo guide walks through it with examples. Send 4–10 photos with a clear view of the athlete's face and body. Different angles are better than many similar photos. Game photos, portraits and uniform photos all help.
STATS THAT FIT ON THE BACK.
Up to three stats fit on the back, as chips, or none at all. The usual baseball chips are batting average, ERA, RBIs or home runs: pick the three that sum up the season best.
The front shows one moment; the back can carry a pitching line and a hitting line as separate stat chips. Tell us on the form which side of the game the front should show.
To see the chips on a finished edition, open an example baseball card page: AVG .341 · HR 6 · RBI 28. Fictional athlete from our own roster — an example edition.
FREE PROOF FIRST.
You see a free watermarked proof before you pay anything. Pay only if you love it — then the watermark comes off and the files and prints follow.
Send 4–10 photos and the stats you want printed. The proof arrives by email within 1–2 business days, with the watermark across it. Approving your proof means you checked the name, number, spelling and colors. One revision is included, and if the proof isn't right and we can't fix it, there is nothing to pay at all.
WHEN BASEBALL PARENTS ORDER.
Two windows, and neither needs a date. The first is the spring season, when the card marks the year: a new uniform, fresh photos, a season worth keeping. The second is the holiday stretch at the end of the year, when the card is a gift built from the season's photos already on your phone. Fall ball counts too, and a fall team photo day makes as good a kit reference as a spring one.
Whenever you order, the clocks are the same: digital files within 1–2 business days of payment; printed items ship within 5–7. Printed and shipped free in the US. Physical and digital orders: US only for now.
THE SENIOR NIGHT EDITION.
For a senior there is the Senior Night style: gold senior edition — class year, four-year career line, senior quote. Here is how it fits baseball:
- When. The last home game of the regular season, usually in April or May.
- The night. Each senior walks to home plate with their parents while the name, the number and the position are read, then takes the field one last time.
- The back. Position and number, career highs as stat chips (batting average, ERA, home runs), the four-year line FR · SO · JR · SR, the senior quote and the athlete signature line, with SENIOR EDITION · 1 OF 1 beside the registered card ID.
Ordering for a senior night date? Tell us the date — we schedule proofs against real deadlines. The timeline, worked back from the night, is on the baseball senior night page.
