Every piece is designed by me from the photos you send. AI imaging tools are part of my creative process, and every composition, likeness, spelling, color and detail is reviewed and finished by hand before delivery. Nothing is released as final until you approve the proof.
Your athlete's photos are used only to complete your order. They are not posted, shared or used to promote Game Day Edition without separate permission.
Game Day Edition is an independent custom design studio. We are not affiliated with any professional league, team, school or trading-card company, and we do not reproduce protected professional league or governing-body marks.
Send 4–10 photos with a clear view of the athlete's face and body. Different angles are better than many similar photos. Game photos, portraits and uniform photos all help.
Digital files arrive first. Printed items ship after you approve the proof and may arrive in separate packages. The cards come from the photo lab in California and the poster from the poster partner in North Carolina, so they usually arrive on different days. Both are tracked.
Yes. Every printed set includes every digital file; the digital set is the same 27 files without the printing.
Every card carries its own registered card ID and a QR code. Scanning it opens the card's page here — the edition, the stats and the season. "Registered" is our own edition registry, not a copyright registration; customer pages are unlisted unless you choose to make them public.
Orders are placed on our Etsy shop. Every card is built and proofed the same way, and your files and your card's page are delivered here.
